This matchbox is made by Michelle of Wood and Fabric to resemble a book. The spine says December with the other three sides colored to look like pages! Then the domino charm is terrific!

Matchbox #10 is one of my mystery boxes! I have a name but I am missing info for this one and my #21 box so I am trying to find out whose is whose. I tried to be good when taking them out but here I am researching! Anyway it is a great box with the cutest gingerbread man.

This one came from Jenna at Corgi Pants Short &Sweet. The gift inside was a cute snowman ornament and two cute postage stamp size images.

Matchbox #8 is from Anne of A Shabby Life. I received two from her so don't think I posted the same one twice:) Although they are not the same colors. The gift is a scrabble tile with an old world Santa image. My oldest wants to claim it plus a few others you will see in the next week!

This cute one comes from Shannon of Quilting with Bulldogs at My Side. The little jingle bell and the charm that says "love" are great.

Matchbox #6 was made by Genie R. of Buttons for Baga. Isn't it terrific!! Inside was a tiny type of paperweight which is so neat and so is the box.

Well I am behind a tad but playing catch up today! Matchbox #5 from Kathy Mc. of My Life in Pictures is filled to the brim with goodies-there is a magnetic bottle cap with Santa image. Then #8 of the twelve days of Christmas song tiny ornament and a shiny piece of "candy"! I did not think so much would fit:)

This lovely matchbox was made by Mandie from Whispering Christmas Dreams. The little star is felt and the image on the box is great!

I love snowmen so this little box was a pleasant surprise and then a little snowman ornament inside! Mary P. of JMP Pastimes made this terrific matchbox.

Matchbox #2 was made by Molly P. of Material Gal Molly. She sent me a seashell from Kure Beach in North Carolina. She even adorned the outside with a glittered seashell:).

Countdown to Christmas Matchbox Swap

Today starts the Countdown to Christmas Matchbox Swap I participated in over at A Swap for All Seasons. There were 70 of us in all and we each made 25 matchboxes that she graciously traded around so we each got 25 different ones!

So my matchbox #1 came from Angela at Down to the Darling Details isn't it terrific.

Well I just finished the largest craft show in my area! It is a three day and the money goes to help charities in my area which I think is great. I actually did pretty well although there was a lot of lookers. I did take orders on some items as I didn't have enough of them. So I'm excited that people wanted to order extras! The most poplar item I had was candy canes and the jar lights. So overall a show I will try again. Some of the patterns I used are Bits of Wool for the standing snowman, Sassaffras Hill for the snowman nodder, the book and jar lights by Dee Duncan.

Hope everyone is having a good start to summer. Well my first craft show of the season was not good to me but lots of questions and interest. Most would take a business card :) So hopefully will lead to orders. Anyway here are a few photos of the items I took.
